What we collect

When you book a consultation through the website, we ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, and zip code. The booking form also asks for your street address and apt/suite so we know where to bring the samples. That's it.

What we do with it

We use it to schedule the visit, prepare a quote, and follow up about your project. If you ask us to keep your file open for future work, we will. If you don't, we don't share or sell it to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand which pages people visit most. The data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.

Third parties

Consultation requests submitted through this website are processed by Netlify Forms, the form service built into our website host (Netlify), and delivered to Lone Star Shutters & Blinds by email. Netlify stores the submission on our behalf and has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers named on this page.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number on a consultation form, you agree to receive calls and text messages (including via automated technology) from Lone Star Shutters & Blinds at that number. We use it to schedule your consultation, send appointment reminders, and — after the work is done — ask you for a review. Nothing else.

Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove your consultation request; call us if you want your information deleted.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
